How long have you been providing photo booths?
7 years in total. We started in 2016 and due to our huge success we became a registered limited company in March 2017.
Where are you based and what areas do we cover?
We are based in Danescourt, Cardiff next to Radyr and Fairwater. We cover all of South Wales and Bristol
Have you been to my venue before?
We have probably been to every venue in South Wales from The King Arthur Hotel in the Gower to St.Tewdrics in Chepstow.
Our most popular venues include Hensol Castle, Pencoed House, Canada Lodge & Lake, De Courceys Manor, Newhouse Country Hotel,
The Bear Hotel, St.Tewdrics House, Cardiff City Stadium, Maes Manor, Court Colman, Coed y Mwstwr and The Celtic Manor.
Does the Magic Mirror come with an attendant?
Absolutely! Our Magic Mirrors are all manned by our fun and accommodating attendants. The Selfie Pod is designed to be left unmanned however we provide a 5 minute tutorial so you know how to use it and also leave our event support telephone number incase you need to contact us.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely! We have Public Liability Insurance, Employee Insurance, all our equipment is PAT Tested yearly and we also have a detailed risk assessment should the venue require it. We also check our equipment regularly to ensure everything is in tip top condition.
How much space do you require?
An area of around 2.5m x 3m is enough and we also need to be near a single standard British plug socket.
Can we customise our prints?
Absolutely! You name it we can do it, add your own text, images, logos, branding, QR Codes, custom themes. We offer a complete customisation service free of charge up to 4 edits. We also have a range of templates to choose from, you can even provide your own just ask for the dimensions of our prints
You're setting up on the first floor is that ok?
This really depends on the venue, give us a call before booking and we'll let you know straight away.
I've had a cheaper quote, do you price match?
Quite simply the answer is no. The best isn't cheap and cheap isn't the best. You get what you pay for etc etc. Not all providers use the same equipment, offer the same packages nor provide the same levels of service. After 7 years of experience providing photo booths we've seen too many one man bands and companies cease trading because they soon realise their prices aren't sustainable, they can't afford to provide what they promised and they simply disappear over night and the poor customer has lost their money and booking. We know what it costs to provide a great service and our prices have been carefully calculated to offer you the best value for money. You can rely on us to provide a top notch service for your event.
Be very aware of so called *DEALS* theres plenty out there! Don't be fooled by the very cheap price and become another victim!
What time will you get to the venue?
If you've booked a Magic Mirror we'll get to the venue around an hour before the start time, for the Selfie Pod around 30 minutes before. If you have also booked our Starlit Dancefloor the set up time for this will be arranged with the venue and we'll update yourself when confirmed. Packing away takes around 30 minutes and this will be done once the hire time ends. For the Dancefloor this will be taken as soon as the event has finished.
What do I need to book?
All we require is a £50 reservation fee per service to secure them for your date, the remaining balance is then due 1 month before the event date. You will receive emails from us including a balance reminder 6 weeks before then another on the due date. All payments are registered, you'll receive a receipt for every payment and your online portal updated too!
